History

Baseline Projects & Construction (P) Ltd. was born in 2009, under the Business Prowess of Mr. Anvar Sadath, Managing Director, followed by Akbar Sadique, Executive Director’s dynamic Leadership. What started off as a humble beginning, went on to become a power to reckon with, in the field of construction, accomplishing the successful & flawless execution of fifty plus commercial and residential buildings in most of the prime locations of Kerala. Baseline’s motto is to build a lifelong relationship of trust. Also, to redefine the concept of Creative Construction. With formidable team strength of forty soldiers & growing, Baseline is surging ahead beyond barriers. The focus has been to deploy industry leading building materials that conform to international norms and certifications.
